After competing in the district meet in March, many of the UIL academic competitors will advance to the regional meet on Saturday in Denton. At the district meet, the team took home second place, as well as individual and team awards.

The one-act play cast performed “Dearly Departed” April 2 in Denison. Peter Garrett received All-Star Cast; Adam Graves received Honorable Mention All-Star Cast; and Kato Brown received the Technical Crew Award.
