Senior Caroline Purtle, a three-year member of Texas High Publications, finishes her last year in high school as Online Editor in Chief of the Tiger Times. When she is not running-ragged and pushing stories, she enjoys watching foreign movies and doing yoga. Apart from the publications, she is also the president of the all-girl’s club Rosebuds and the director of DASH. Caroline plans on attending the University of Texas in Austin to double major in Journalism and Business. She dreams of becoming an editor of Vogue magazine, for her devout love in fashion and writing merge to one massive passion. With the help of her adviser, Clint Smith, they plan on revitalizing the online newspaper this school year by using convergent media and a continuous stream of daily content. Her goal this year is to win many awards, including the infamous Gold Crown.
