The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) opened on Sunday. This form should be filled out by high school seniors looking to go to college or university for the 2018-2019 school year. The application asks for information such as parental income, student income and demographics in order to determine how much government financial aid the student will receive to help pay for college. Nearly all seniors are eligible to apply and are encouraged to do so.
