The annual Texarkana Community Ballet’s production of “The Nutcracker” will be held this weekend. This is the Texarkana Community Ballet’s 50th anniversary. Multiple Texas High students auditioned in August amongst 200 other dancers.

“The community should come out and support the show because we have put in hours of hard work and preparation,” sophomore Madison Bowers said. “The performance is a great way to get the community in the holiday spirit and see dancers from all around the Texarkana area come together.”

The event will be held at the Ross Perot Theater. Tickets can be bought at the door.
