“Move, move! I’ve got it!” sophomore Taylor Post calls out. She sets a high set to JV outside hitter junior Krysten Dansby for a kill. She constantly chants the never-ending supply of volleyball cheers. Setting aside a few moments, Post answers questions about her job and love for the team.

Q: What position do you play?

A: I’m a setter. I’m like the quarterback of the team. I run plays, I have to be smart and get my team under control.

Q: How do you think the season will go?

A: Once we fix some errors and learn to play smarter, the season should go pretty good.

Q: What are you most excited about? Most nervous?

A: I’m excited for district to start. I’m nervous about playing Pine Tree because they are a tough team, but hopefully, we will get the win this year.

Q: How do you plan on improving  this year?

A: I plan to improve this upcoming year by fixing my mistakes I’ve been making and giving 110 percent in practice and games.

Q: What’s the best part about being on the team?

A: The best part about being on the team is getting to know the girls that I probably wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for volleyball.
