Assad Malik, videography editor in chief
Assad Malik is a third year member of Texas High School publications. Assad has spent the last three years building an unbreakable bond with his adviser, Clint Smith. A bond many dream of having. During his downtime Assad enjoys taking naps during biology and dreaming of his man crush, Matthew McConaguhey. When he’s not thinking about Matthew McConaughey or telling the staff members about his bizarre dreams caused by Nyquil, he’s chasing a new video to start. While he loves to cover news and sports story, his heart desires to create cinematic masterpieces. He’s created powerful feature videos as well as an intense video of the culinary teacher making sushi. As his senior year goes on, Assad is excited to see what’s behind him.
