Desiree Anderson is going into her second year as a yearbook staff member and will serve as one of the Academics and Organizations Editors. Along with publications, she is involved in National Honor Society, Leader In Me, and AP Ambassadors. Desiree has also participated in Texas High’s art program since freshman year, in which she has received multiple awards for her work. Both her academic and social lives are extremely important to her, and she hopes to maintain a healthy balance between the two going into her junior year. With all AP and DC classes combined with UIL and all of her other organizations, this year will be stressful, but she hopes to keep everything manageable.
