“My culture is my everyday lifestyle, and the way I go about doing things. It is what I believe in and my traditions. The main parts of my culture [I implement into my life] would be some of the food that I eat and praying everyday. Foods like chicken curry, rice and other traditional dishes from my culture. I am Muslim, so I am supposed to pray five times a day. I can’t do it during school hours, so I pray three times a day.”
